Cultural Services is a section within the City of Burlington’s Recreation, Community and Culture Department that fosters creativity, cultural participation, and community connection. Through the delivery of Public Art, Festivals & Events, Burlington Arts & Culture Grants, and youth programs such as Burlington Student Theatre, Teen Tour Band and Music programs, the team supports vibrant cultural experiences that enrich the lives of Burlington residents. By investing in artists, cultural organizations, youth development, and public spaces, Cultural Services helps build a creative, inclusive, and engaged community.
